When you choose to display your real name, your ranking will jump by 50%. ** All of your reviews, questions, answers, comments and photos get 1.5 points instead of the run-of-the-mill one. Why? Because you deserve credit for putting your identity on the line. Your name shows everyone out there that a real, live person wrote those submissions, and not some gear-obsessed robot.

Real names mean real community. And real community means real knowledge.

To Use Your Real Name:

You can only display your real name if you have ordered from us before and have a login/password. We use the Primary Billing Address on your Account page to guess your real name. We try to get it right the first time, but if you’ve placed orders with multiple billing names/addresses, we may not have picked the right name.

To select your real name:

1.  Click on the box to the right of your username.

2.  Click on your name.

3.  Kapow! Done.

**NOTE: It takes about a day for the 50% increase in your ranking to show on your Profile.
