OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BACKCOUNTRY LEADERBOARD REWARDS PROGRAM

1.         No purchase necessary to win.

2.         By submitting reviews, questions, answers, photos, videos, or other user content (“User Content”) to Backcountry.com, Inc. (“Backcountry”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  In addition, by using Backcountry and its affiliates websites, you agree to be bound by Backcountry’s Legal Notices [http://www.backcountry.com/sc/legal-notices].

3.         For each video, photo, or review, you will receive three points.  For each answer, you will receive two points.  For each question, you will receive one point.  If you decide to use your real name in connection with submitting User Content, you will receive 1.5x the number of points allocated for that type of User Content.  Every time someone clicks a “Helpful Vote” to your User Content, you will receive an additional point.

4.         Employees, officers and directors and their immediate families of Backcountry.com, their affiliates, suppliers, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, legal, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and web site providers/web masters are not eligible to participate.

5.         One the final day of each quarter (3/31, 6/30, 9/30, and 12/31), at 12:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time, Backcountry will select the 50 users with the most points and provide them with a reward.  Each reward will be awarded in Backcountry’s sole discretion and may consist of schwag or gift certificates.  Please note that the first reward period will end on 6/30/2013.

6.         Backcountry reserves the right to limit or suspend users whose contributions are, in Backcountry’s sole discretion, not generally thoughtful or useful to the community, or otherwise violate Backcountry’s Legal Notices.

7.         You must have submitted User Content within the 190 days immediately prior to the final day of a quarter in order to be eligible for a reward.

8.         Backcountry’s sole obligation will be to send an email to the address associated with each winner’s account.  Each winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the end of each quarter, and will have 3 days from the sending date of the winner notification email to respond.  Failure to respond will amount to forfeiture of any prize.

9.         The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of entrants.
